BMW Group Canada Announces New Media Agency for MINI Brand
Whitby, Ontario… Following a formal review process, BMW Group Canada announced today that effective immediately, Gaggi Media Communications Inc. will be responsible for all MINI Corporate and MINI Dealer Advertising Group (DAG -Toronto & Vancouver) media planning and buying.
Established in 1992, Gaggi Media Communications Inc. is a strategic and highly specialized media planning and buying company. Located in Toronto, Gaggi services a wide variety of clients including, The Globe and Mail, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, The Weather Network and Second Cup.
“We are confident that the appointment of Gaggi will further strengthen our marketing capabilities, as evidenced by the success of our separate creative agencies for MINI and BMW brand advertising,” explains Manfred Bräunl, National Marketing Manager for BMW Group Canada.
The Media Company will continue to be responsible for media planning and buying for the BMW brand.
MINI, recently named as the 2003 North American Car of the Year, has sold over 2,100 units in Canada since the launch of the brand in March 2002.
