More than a quarter of a million MINIs delivered to customers since introduction
Two years after introduction of the MINI in July 2001, the 250,000th MINI was delivered in June 2003. In the first six months of 2003, a total of 89,880 customers purchased a MINI, an increase by 44.0 per cent over the same period last year (62,420 units). In June 2003 deliveries of MINIs to customers amounted to 15,240 units (previous year: 12,240/+24.6 per cent).”
