MINI in Versace outfit: Record bid of over 125,000 Euro on eBay.
Only 40 hours after the auction began at a starting bid of 1 Euro, the MINI designed by Donatella Versace reached a record bid of 125,049 Euro.
Considering the car’s sales value of about 25.000 Euro, the outcome of the auction is an outstanding success already.

The auction will continue until Thursday June 30th, 2005. MINI will donate the total proceeds of the auction to the Life Ball, which will support selected national and international HIV/AIDS-projects.
