Just another update with regards to my Xenon headlights getting fixed due to misalignment. As you might remember, I first took it to Markham and they couldn't find a problem with them. I took them to Durham earlier this week (Tuesday) and got the car back yesterday (Thursday). They said they had found a fault in the headlamp stepper motors and replaced them under warranty.
I take my car out tonight, to find out that the damn things are pointing at the road again!!!! Am I doing something wrong here?! As far as I knew, all you had to do to turn on the headlights was to switch the left stalk up two positions and switch on the foglights if desired. Yet mine STILL are not raising when the headlamps are activated as they should be. Seeing 15 feet in front of me on the 401 on a stormy night is NOT my idea of a good time.
Needless to say I'm more than a little irritated with the service, one way or another. They've treated me great, but this week will be the third time I'm having to bring my car in for the same problem and nothing has changed since before my first visit.
