Heard a story about a plate it was a One plate 3 letters and a 1 it was a football teams initials as well so highly prized. It was on a retention certificate ie not on a car at the time and would need to be renewed every 12 months. Oh yes somebody forgot and the plate went back into general circulation. Ooops! |
