Discussed that same issue with My dealer. She told me that if they have a 17" inch mini on the lot with Dunlop Run flats she would swap them out for me if mine arrive with the Pirelli euphorias.
Tread life on the pirellis is only 180 where the dunlops have a tread life of 280.
I agree they look better also.
Considering the replacement cost of these tires I want something that will give some mileage and can be repaired.
