I've been a member of the Scoobynet forums at www.scoobynet.co.uk for quite a while. They have a seperate page on the forum for "Was it you?" threads and it's really popular.

You need a few ground rules like, dont ever post numberplates or comments like "nice MCS parked outside on the road at night right outside 25 Xyz Street" etc for people safety.
