Ordered my pre-owned MINI out-of-state (I'm PA) and they were very good. Motoring Advisor Michael Dunne (ask for him!!) was excellent and called as often as possible to make sure I knew what was going on. Handled the shipping arrangements I made and everything was discussed and paperwork through FedEx. You do get a few more chips/dings etc. on a pre-owned but I love my car. Order new no hesitations
