If you are routing the Alpine through the HK amp, you won't get much benefit from trying to tailor the Alpine to the speakers, because of all the manipulation the HK amp does.
As above, only front signal is sent to HK amp - it splits that signal into separate front/rear speaker drives.
You should leave all speaker filtering flat and send all frequencies out to HK amp, for best result. The only difference is if you are going to install a sub. Then you could cut off the low frequencies going to the HK amp (front speakers) and send them only to the sub(s) ...
