Hey all, I'm still new but I read everything here.
I have a question about the MINI aftermarket wheels that are listed in the aftermarket catalog at the dealers. I'm interested in the R90 wheels. I want to buy them elsewhere and save $1000 from what the dealer is charging for them. I know they are made by BBS but BBS doesn't make a R90 wheel. Does anyone know what the BBS model # of the wheel is?
Also, I want to make sure that I have run flats when I get my aftermarket wheels (17"). However, I know that the runflat monitor is not done in the tire, but in the wheel. Does that mean that I need runflat tires to use the runflat system? If I still do, does anyone know a manufacturer in the US who makes the 205/45 17 runflat all-season tires that are on the MCS?
Sorry this is long, but I am frustrated and need answers.
