Dang, it really has been awful for you. I'm complaining and you're still 11 days ahead of me. I got the same email and I wrote back telling them that there was no website, that BMW had given mis-information. They wrote back giving
www.bmwusa.com as the correct site. I wrote MINIUSA through the owner's lounge as well, but I haven't gotten anything from them yet. Let's all just hang in there, and maybe we'll all be on the Hudson Leader - At least I know the correct pronuciation for that ship!!
