If you have a Mac, there have been reports of Macs being unable to connect to the WW site.

If you have a PC and are entering the last 7 digits of your VIN (e.g. TD11111) under "Track by... Auto", be aware that at times it takes a few minutes for the site to respond. At the best of times it takes about a minute, in worse situations it has taken at least 4 minutes or so.
