You heat the centre first ,it then slides on. To remove you use a GTT puller ring . I dont
recommend applying a torch to it while on the car,I think you could damage the cranks rubber seal or oil pump. To remove the pulley itself you can just undo the 6 bolts and it slides off. If you used loctite during fitting (to spread the load across the full depth of the wheel),you just screw in an M16 Fine bolt to the thread in the wheel,and it winds off. Our SC pullys are all steel 'heat to fit' interference fit ( like OE). Again to remove without damage we use a special GTT puller ring, these are not intended for DIY fit though if you want one DIY we could supply. Cost ? Ill let you know.
