I didn't end up rejecting my MINI, but had problems when I showed up too. Grey Seats (ordered black), AUX not installed (ordered), no boot mat (ordered), dealer sticker on the back (asked them 3 times not to), scratches on the roof. I took it back a week later to have them fix stuff. It took them 5 days, but eventually got them to:

Grey seats - Swapped
AUX input - Free
Boot mat - Free
Dealer sticker - removed
Scratches - Buffed out.

As far as the JCW stuff, don't be too hard on them. I was talking to my MA, and he said that he was told by their regional MINI rep that the JCW would be available on the MCSa, "No problem, totally compatible" last year. He has 3 on order that he now has to tell the owners that it's a "no-go" for the time being. He was really frustrated with the lack of communication from MINI generally. It sounds like you got a great settlement so far on your stuff. I wouldn't argue with that at all.
