I'm not sure if this is what you're seeing, but, when I first tried tracking by booking number i didn't notice that the VINs that came back were the first of many under that number. Look for text like: From 1 to 10 Total: 123 at the bottom of the frame. That's what all of the First Previous Next Last buttons are about.

Most likely you're having a different problem and I'm ranting about nothing.
