For safety get the DSC (especially if it snows by you) and the lights (they are substantially brighter and last forever).
If performance is paramount forget the wheels. They look great but they weigh a bunch more than the 16"s affecting the handling. If pure performance isn't a monumental issue by all means get them but I might even recommend some nice aftermarket wheels that are far lighter.
