I bought the Osram Silverstar H7's from www.powerbulbs.com in the UK - fast, free shipping.
They are reputed to be brighter than the North American spec Sylvania Silverstars which have a blue coating for the "look" of HID's.
I am happy with the Osrams, and they actually were a bit cheaper than the locally sourced Sylvanias.
