I do not know about the rest of the Motoring Advisors but Peter Braun, who I am lucky to have been doing my business through, has done a fantastic job. He's always answered every email I've sent, every question I've asked and returned every phone call (and beleive me I am a pain in the butt). MINI of Fairfield County sells at MSRP, offers all the extras but forces NONE of them. The day my order went to the factory Peter emailed me to tell me the good news and even went as far as assisting me in registering in the owners lounge on MINIUSA. So far my satifaction rating is a solid 100%.
