| Converting US to Imperial gallons
For anyone interested, I just checked a conversion table for converting between U.S. and imperial gallons. If you're in the U.S. and want to post your MPG in imperial gallons, divide your MPG by 0.83267. My last tank got me about 32 MPG in the U.S. After dividing, the result is 38.43 miles per imperial gallon.
If you're using imperial gallons and want to convert to U.S. gallons, multiply your MPG by 0.83267. Thus if your MPG is 38.43, you'd be getting 32 MPG in the U.S.
