I could be wrong (and probably am) but vipers are not a standard option from MINI. A dealer will generally have the stripes outsourced to a local 'striper'
place. Then you just need to specify what you want and the more stripes you get the more it costs. I did not get vipers on the area above the windshield because you really would not be able to see them but I did get them on the (front/rear) aero kit and bumpers. My stripes cost about $500 USD.
