Some ideas for afternoon activities before the movies:
- start at Kimball Farm in Jaffrey for ice cream first:

- a longer run through Hancock, Bennington, Francetown, Mont Vernon (probably 90 minutes).
- short run along the roads between Jaffrey and Milford - I'm thinking Nashua Road in Sharon, through Temple, to Wilton; or the roads that run by Pratt Pond (30 minutes)
- the short run option would permit a MINI hillclimb up Pack Monadnock - well worth the $3 adminission price on a clear afternoon!
The only problem I see is who is going to be responsible for letting Secco out on 101 West after midnight when the drive-in closes? An unacceptable liability for the whole group, I think.
