Yes, if it's new it is good value - where from? And what options have you got on that? How many miles per year? Normally leasing comes with servicing/maintenance so why are you getting the TLC pack?

This is the details from the company I'm looking to lease from:
Mini Cooper Convertible
1.6 with TLC and metallic****12 Month Deal****
Another Great Value Deal from Buyndrive.com, ***12 month*** deal 3+11- 10k per annum .Based on Business Contract Hire Personal contract hire available. Contact 01204 537766 or sales@buyndrive.com for all our latest deals.

No servicing or maintenance instead they give you TLC.

However, I'd really suggest that leasing is not as good value as a good PCP scheme. Have you considered Sainsbury's Drive ? (Note that to find the Cooper Convertible you have to select Hatchback from the drop down list)

Ive not looked into PCP, I'm looking to keep this vehicle for only a year, so I know that A) I won't get bored of it 2) They will probably bring a new model out soon 3) Maybe the Golf Convertible will arrive next year.

Does anyone know about the next Mini Convertible and its arrival date. I heard the Mini Cooper hatch is coming September-ish next year.

If you want my advice, get a £2,000 reliable used car and save your money for a deposit for a house and stop sponging off your parents - that's your inheritance you're wasting!

I would put down a deposit for my house, but I need a good quality car, that fits my line of work. I'm a design consultant, and I'm liking the fact that the mini has a nice way of moving the seats down for extra boot space, and also I'm only 18, so plenty of time for moving out!

I was going through a similar conundrum not so long ago. I test drove the Golf, and although it's got some pull it is B O R I N G as anything. The Mini has oodles more character, is more zippy, turns more heads, says more about yourself and has better resale value than any Golf. Every man and his dog has a Golf!

And I take ur advice on the boring-ness, my friends I asked (which were obviously all girls ) said the cooper convertible any day!

So basically need to know about when the NEW mini convertible comes out, cause then I can extend the payments to two years, saving a bundle.

Thanks.
