Ok, here's my new question. I did remove all of the carpeting from the back of the convertible on the passenger side and did not find any CD prep (either by the seat belt retractor or anywhere else). Thus, my question is that I have the HK sound system so does this CD Prep even exist with the HK system and, if so, can anyone at all confirm they have found the CD prep in an HK equipped car and confirm the location. I would love to see a pic of the connector as well. Someone mentioned it was taped up in a wire bundle by the seat belt retractor but I felt the wires in this bundle and there's no way that those two connectors would fit within that wire bundle (it simply wasn't thick enough). Please post a photo...anyone??
