Congrats on the purchase! 1.6L displacement is very misleading on it's own.
1. Yes, you can get a glovebox to retrofit in. I'm pretty sure they sell them for you RHD Brittons. Check on some of the British/European aftermarket parts sites.
2. Check the same parts sites. I don't know what's reputable in the UK.
3. A supercharger pulley is another fairly low cost upgrade. 15% gives you an extra little grunt without needing to change any belts.
4. Probably not; you caused it. Where is the paint scuff and how big is it? If you've got a nice MA at the dealership, see if they'll give you a paint touch-up pen for free.
