Thanks for the replies
1) Stewarding of the event is controlled by Cardiff City Council
2) Bouncy castle was there when we arrived , we had to share the basin with another event, despite assurances from as 1 above that we had the whole basin
3) We had planned to keep the clubs separate, proved difficult as 1 above
4) We had less space than previously agreed, as 1 above they changed the goal posts on the day
5) Thanks for your suggestion for a longer route, we will consider it
