Italy Cigarette Lighter

Well, i don't know if cigarette lighter is its official name but, anyway, i hope you'll understand what i am speaking about.
Sorry for my English, I'm Italian and i don't know exactly all names :-)

In fact i was following GaryM help for fitting the OBC by myself, and it is all OK, except for a minor damage that occurred at the bottom of that #?@*+§ cigarette lighter.
I removed the +12 and ground for the lighter itself without problems (my button takes its vital energy from there) but, when i was trying to disconnect the orange light +12, the entire plug fell (male and female together, with male partially broken):-((((
It's not a big damage, i thought.. it's just a matter of fusing some stain on the male and plug again :-D
But, a few @#£$%#+<# again, i couldn't understand how can i get the entire steel body of the cigarette lighter out of its place :-(( i am able to rotate it, but i can't find the way for extracting it :-O
How can i do?

PS: i posted this message also in Interior&Ice, but i think this place is more appropriated :-)
