I agree with you! Rain-x makes a heck of a difference in the rain. I even use the Rain-x winshield wash fluid for extra protection.

Funny thing is, Rain-x was the worst thing to have when I had my Jeep Wrangler. I guess it was the angle of the windshield. It made the raindrops splatter and sort of stick right on the windshield in front of my face! With Rain-x on it in the rain, it made it almost impossible to see! I scrubbed my windshield like crazy after I had applied it to try to remove it. I'm glad it works well in my MINI!
