As I understand it, if you were to compare the two SC's, the only difference is that you can see the blades of the SC are a different colour on the 5th gen as they have some kind of coating on them. I believe, from memory, they looked darker.

However, that might be complete bolox.

Obviously, to see the blades, the SC needs to be taken off the car.
