ok just changed my rear pads dealer wanted £250 to change front and rear at last service
pad with sensor on is worn most at 3mm but not to sensor yet the rest have pleanty on
you do not need specal tool only long nose plyers to turn the piston clockwise whilst pushing it in i hope this is the corect way as they do not budge otherwise
i have also removed my eibachs now as a canot cope with the ride now i have 16" slites with runflats hope this helps
the best place to get torque wrench is argos £14.99 or £10.75 from screwfix it is the same one
