I bought an electronic rodent chaser at Home Depot today. It's sitting on my MINIs roof right now chirping away. I'll let you know.

As to the dog hair idea...we have a cat. Wouldn't they dislike cats more? That may be my next move.

As to Redd Fox's urine...isn't he dead?
