Couple of questions for you:
1. What is Nav TV? (Don't tell me you can pick up TV stations!!)
2. What is cold-start software and what does it fix?
3. How do you install them?
As far as your questions go,
- I've never had any reprogramming done, and
- My INFO wasn't working for the first few weeks, but just by chance I tried it (to show a friend the problem) when I was out of my local area and its worked fine since. No idea why.
If anyone else knows the answers to 1,2 or 3 above, please reply.
