Check at a feedstore or Petco. They should sell dog and cat repellent, and I'm sure they sell rodent repellent too. Just put some, or moth balls, in a mesh bag and lay it where Chip 'n' Dale have lunch. Another thing to try is red pepper or chili powder. Sprinkle it where the rodents walk. When they sniff it or lick their feet, they will be in for a big surprise. I had a problem with the neighbor's dog stealing my morning paper, so I took an old paper and sprinkled it with chili powder and placed it on the driveway before I went to bed. The next morning it had been moved about six inches. I never lost another paper.
