I read somewhere (probably on this forum) that if you put it into 1st gear before selecting reverse that helps. It seems to help in my Cooper but now it has 1400 miles on the clock the gearbox does seem alot smoother. I must admit that my Mini does crunch into reverse sometimes and no ... it is not me doing it!
If you are dissatisfied or feel it is a problem, just go back to your dealer and let them have a listen. |
