I was absolutely convinced my Cooper S Convertible was leaking as the passenger floor was very wet, strangely enough, immediately after being returned from the dealer. However, on further investigations it turned out that the dealer had washed the car with one of the passenger windows slightly open. They have since apologised for this. The car is now dry and thanks to some pretty heavy rain there are no leaks.

However when you open the door after a heavy downpour you will always get a drop of water on the seat. A common problem on most soft tops.

Also the back window gets VERY dirty in bad weather. So much, that at times you can't really see out of it.

All in all it is a good car.
