I have to say that in Bristol the Mini waving has really improved.

JCW on Thursday driving near Frenchay Hospital.....very enthusiastic flashing and waving! Then 20 seconds later a silver cooper with black stripes, got a nice way.
On the way to work this morning, a red Mini One with driving lights gave me a quick flash!
