A couple of questions - how detailed is the hp/torque graph? How long does it keep its data? Can the unit be brought inside to make notes from its data or does it get lost when you remove it from the car?
jlm: The weight you used is low. miniusa lists the Cooper as 2524lbs and the S as 2678. These are unladen so the gas in the tank and the weight of the driver has to be added. You could be off by as much as 700lbs. The good news is you have more hp at the wheels than you thought!
