i used a set of ramps; you could do it without if you were thin enough to slide under...or figure how to put the front wheels up on a curb to get a few inches more clearance
the drain plug is on the bottom of the diff housing, the fill about 3" higher, you need a 8 mm hex. to refill, i used a funnel with a 1/2" hose and fished it down from the engine compartment stuffing it into the fill opening.
