let me add my professional insight; here in the states the number one "killer" of young adults under the age 0f 20 is traffic accidents related to speed. The enforcement by law enforcement is only part of the plan to reduce those deaths. Making the general public aware that speeding does kill through education; seems to be lost in the translation sometimes; some say that only young people need to slow down, which might be a true statement giving the sobering facts, but all of us need to get the message out and follow the speed limit and set the example.
