It’s only two months to the big day, the MINI2 Charity Ball
Little time left means we now need to be finalising the details so I would like you to please reply via pm to myself and dcfkan ( Dora) with the following information – I know some of you may have provided it already but things change, people move etc etc so we want to make sure everything is bang up to date.
This thread will serve as a record of the information you send us – it is not open for posting to avoid the usual banter so if you see an error then please send a PM.
We want from you your MINI2 name and your full name, title and address to which you want the tickets delivered. Also the full name and title of any guests you are bringing, and if necessary a postal address for them if you want us to mail their tickets separately.
We also need to know your menu selection – please select one option from starters, main courses and desserts. If you have any specific dietary requirements (kosher, vegan etc) then please let us know

Traditional Caesar Salad with Croutons Parmesan & Baby Gems

Roasted Loin of Pork with Mediterranean Vegetables, Herb Mash & Light Tomato Coulis
Breast of Chicken with Root Vegetable Dauphinoise, Bramley Apples & a red wine jus
Fillet of Salmon on a leek & Potato Nage with Chives, Mushrooms and Pernod
Cannelloni of Goats Cheese & Asparagus with sweet pepper coulis & Roquette (vegetarian)
Desserts
Pear & Apricot Brulee with biscotti
Hazelnut & Mascarpone Roulade
Baked Syrup Sponge with Warm custard
Finally let us know if there are any people you particularly wish to be seated with – or wish to avoid!! We cannot promise to meet everyone’s requests but will do our best to do so.
