I don't have much to report yet, since all I did was take my test drive and place my order at Princeton. But I've spoken with almost everyone in the sales department at length, including the sales manager. They all treated me well and gave me a felling that this is a fair place, typical waiting time, no sales premium, no pressure to buy unwanted extras. There have been a couple of negative threads here about the service department, but nothing recently. And if they are selling 40 Minis per month, 2 negatives might not be bad (unless you're one of them). Tom
