No it's true, had the same problem. Was told first 10,000 miles or after a year. Once that year came around was told that they mini had been found to be so reliable that they were only doing the service nowon the mileage and i've only been doing 6000 a year. Sold that car now on friday after 3 and half years and didn't even get to the 25000 service. But if thats what they say what can you do. Thought the TLC was a waste of money if doing low mileage but then found out the first oil service would of cost nearly that any how. You probably be able to take it in 1500 miles before it's due as thats what i done. |
