JCW Airfilter Vs DINAN Cold Air Intake

I just bumped up my Mini from the 200 HP JCW kit to the 210 kit with a JCW Motorsport CAT Pipe and Manifold to increase my HP to 220. One of the things that came in the JCW 210 kit was the JCW Airfilter, which is described as:

"The unforgettably throaty sound of the engine will register instantly in your ears.
There is a second air intake controlled by means of an electronically actuated flap, which opens during acceleration at 4 500 rpm. The result is a significantly improved performance curve and an even more distinctive sound."

I had a DINAN Cold Air Intake on my MCS before installing all of my latest upgrades, which is Always Open.

So the question I'm posing to everyone is, does anyone know which Airfilter is better; the JCW which opens a second air intake at around 4500 rpm or the DINAN Cold Air intake which is always open???

Many thanks!

By the way, if anyone is interested in maxing out your Mini with the JCW, talk to Paul Cooper of JCW, he was extremely helpful.
