Completely agree. I've not been smitten quite as long...maybe 2 years (the Italian Job caught my interest) but there was a place in my heart wanting a small nimble car since the mid-1980s before I had a license...I've considered MGs, Alfas, Fiats, Porsches and such for years and when I saw our little Coopers the last few years I fell hard. I almost bought it last year but had to wait, and soon that wait will be over.

Congrats on your order. I'm placing mine in the next week or so for the same reason. I love the classic mini look we have right now, and I'm not going to wait for them to mess with it in '07. PW/B MCS ready to roll. Sooo ready.
