The rear lights are dead easy. A quick howto:
  • Remove left and right side covers in boot
  • With these off you'll see a long bolt with a nut on it. A standard socket will not get down to it, so use either a deep socket (from memory its 8mm) or a spanner to start it off
  • Once you've removed the nut (don't drop it down there!) then if you feel towards the outside of the car there is two "clips" holding it in
  • Push in one of the two clips while pushing the light out a bit, then do it to the top one too. Make sure you've either got someone ready to get the light when it comes out or you have your hand there
  • Disconnect the wiring loom going to it - from memory it is a pull-back clip (you'll figure it out, dead easy)
  • To install your new ones, reverse this procedure
