Just a quick update....

a big thank you to everyone who has joined the list and I will put up a confirmed roll call later.

To save PM'ing everyone the costs are as:

Mainland UK/Ireland £7 including first class post
USA $18 including post
Canada $20CAD including post

If we get anywhere else other than these locations I will of course notify all of that total.
