I had my roof design custom made with vinyl with a 12 year guarantee against fading.
Printed ink fades earlier than full color vinyl. You can't make photo's from full color vinyl though, photo's have to be printed.
How much sooner printed vinyl fades I have no figures of, I suspect there is much varaiation in ink quality as there is also in vinyl quality. Printed vinyl also gets a coating to protect it from fading.
So it can be done, but I suspect it will be very difficult to get the vinyl onto the mirror without any folds as the mirror caps have lots of roundings. |
