Put in food processor:
2 cups frozen or thawed blueberries
2 cups frozen or thawed cranberries
2 cups apricot juice
Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts (keeps the slurp from separating, but adds calories & omega-3 fats)
Grind up until very fine. It is not a very sweet slurp--you might want to add honey to make it sweeter, but I like it slightly tart. You can add a half cup of the slurp to a cup of yogurt to make a fruit yogurt. It's all natural, no artificial stuff at all. Who needs those fake slurps???? No wonder some of those who drink it go bananas, like 3M!!...
