The owner was complaining different lights kept showing up on the dash, but we soon noticed under the ABS modulator there was a lot of scorching marks and on closer inspection, the wires had been chafed away right to the bare wires of a main harness..
Anylonger and it could have caught alight, It is a common fault on earlier models and i advise you that have minis to keep an eye on this as it cost the lady around £1500 to sort.. |
