Does that really have the same effect on metal though..? I suppose the powder coat on the wheels makes them non-conductive. It's probably just as much that it gets them clean, smooth and shiny as any anti-static properties though.

After I got my car detailed at MOP the other week (yes, I paid to be lazy) the wheels look awful now. I don't know if it's a combination of tire shine and brake dust or just that they didn't wax the wheels like I would have done, but the brake dust is really sticking and it's been less than two weeks since it was looking like new.


Religion is like a huge dog. If it's yours it's very friendly and comforting, but it scares the heck out of everyone else.
