Yes they have. My dealer showed me the bulletin that was sent to them by MINIUSA. The number of GP's depends on the dealer volume size. My dealership (MINI of Dallas) is one of the highest volume dealerships around so they are getting the max of 7. Other dealers get 5, 3, ... depending on where they rank.

Based of 7, my dealer decided to sell the first 4 at $2k over MSRP and the remaining 3 at MSRP.
